Answered resources are showing up in page links as query strings

    Suddenly when i click on any link on my page, it will show up as mypage.com/?q=about instead of mypage.com/about.

    I have tried deleting all my redirects that i have made in .htaccess to no avail and have no idea what setting i have touched to make it like this.
    Any insight appreciated.

    Using modx-revolution 2.5.2

      Adding strict friendly URL's fixed it.

      BUT it was fine before without it, for educational purposes if anyone knows what might have caused this please do tell.
