Duplicate content blocks ressrouce without the data content

I'd like to be abble to duplicate a ressource without his content. I use content blocks so i'd like my client to duplicate a ressource with all the same content blocks fields but empty.
Is there a solution ?

What means content blocks?
If you duplicate a resource obviously you will duplicate everything, I think if you have an structure the best way might create a template with the structure ready empty, so the client just create a new page and assign the template, even you can assign the template by default.
