Big Brother errors 500

Big Brother often generate errors 500 causing

- Blank modal alert windows
- Blank manager page
- Blank front end page

Erros occurs on the following URL:

/assets/components/bigbrother/connector.php?_dc=xxxxxxxxxx&action=report%2Farea&metrics=ga%3Avisits&HTTP_MODAUTH=modxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx_xxxxx.xxxxxxx

After errors it is impossible to clear MODX cache from manager and I need to clear files through FTP.
