Did you login to the manager and create any Resources? Revolution is currently just the core, and does not include anything after installation; you’ll need to create one before the front-end will work.

At the manager i get the same include Errors. I dont’t know why. Now I’ve upload the advance pakage and the installer unzip the archives. Now it works. But in the manager I see alpha4 but i uploaded the alpha5 pakage. Did the programmer missing this? And now, how can I integrate an WYSIWYG Editor and my own snippets? Is there any documentaries about these steps?

Maybe so. I’ve built and done an upgrade install on the current SVN version and mine still says alpha-4.

Also, it’s possible that your original install had an FTP problem when you uploaded it. It happens more often than you would think.

The version at the top-right is wrong - it should say alpha-5. It was an oversight.

BJ, if you go to ’Workspaces’ (to be renamed to ’Package Management’ in beta), and then click ’Add Package’, then go to ’Select Provisioner’, then select the MODx Web Transport Facility, then you can download the TinyMCE editor plugin for Revolution. (You might have to clear your cache after installing.)

Revolution is not pre-packaged with 3rd party packages, but allows you to download and install them through the manager in the process I just described.

You can put in your old snippets the exact way you used to - create a snippet, and save it. If you look at the left tree, you’ll see Elements (which are formerly 096 resources), and from there you can manipulate the tree to create a snippet/chunk/whatever.

same issues here - after extracting the core file manually I was able to install revolution at least.
