problem with RTE in template variable

Hello,

Since the update of evolution Evolution 1.0.15 to 1.2, I have a problem with template variables Rich Text.
Since this version TinyMCE has been updated and two versions are active.

Administrators can view the input field of the TV input type Rich Text, but editors can't see the inputfield.
If I change the input type to 'text', the editor can see the input field of this TV.

Is there a solution for this?

you mean editor cant see tinymce interface in richtext?

1) disable / remove tinymce 3 and set tinymce4 as default
2) there is a richtext option per user in user settings. it is possible that the publishers are set to tinymce 3
