Form customization: how to create new region similar to "content"

Hi

I can move TV to another MODX predefined regions (modx-page-settings-left, modx-page-settings etc.) but I'd like to create a new region similar to the "content" (Document tab) region in design (header / accordeon with field bellow) in order to assign it a specific TV.

What is the simpliest way ?

It's work but the target is not really what I'd like because I want to move a TV to a new region, similar to the "content" region (see picture above).

Isn't that what happens when you move your TV to the Document tab?
