Multi-language site - how to set languages template variable

Hi,

I have read the wiki entry for creating a multi-language site ( http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Make_Multi_Lingual_Site ). I´m not very familiar with ModX, PHP and HTML programming. So I have to ask, how the values for the language versions (like de=3 or en=2,pl=6,fr=7) of a page are set to the languages template variable. What do I have to add to the code of a page?

I have just realized that template variables have to be set in the following way:

1) open the document with the ModX manager (yourwebsite.com/manager) in edit mode

2) scroll down to the fields below the editor section

3) enter the values.

That´s it.
