Problem
If a user has forgotten the password for the web interface, he clicks on "forgot password" and insert his e-mail address. He receives an e-mail in which he finds a link to reset the password and a new password.
So far so good.
Clicking on the link will take the user to the side. It is displayed that the new password has been activated. However, the user cannot log in with this password and the old password no longer works, too.
Sorry, I've no solution.
What should I do?
