sitemap-- human readable?

I would like to create a sitemap page that is readable by humans.
example
-page1
--sub page 1-1
--sub page 1-2
--sub page 1-3
-page2
--sub page 2-1
--sub page 2-2
etc...

is there be a snipplet/plug-in to do this?

You can use Wayfinder or you can use the Sitemap snippet.

I used the sitemap snippet but its for bots? (http://modxcms.com/sitemap-711.html)

try adding &format=`txt` to the sitemap call, not sure if it gives you html or plain text as the doc say.

anyway, IMHO you better use wayfinder, you can have multiply calls on the same page which can be pretty sweet on sitemaps.

1 problem

I get this in the sitemap
-Search Results page and
-404 Error page

is there a option exclude pages from showing in the sitemap?
(using wayfinder)

u bet there is, it’s all right there on the docs:

add this :
&excludeDocs=`1,23,13` to the wayfinder call.
