Answered Manager not working correctly after 2.5.2 update

Hello,

I just updated our site to 2.5.2.

The manager login works correctly but it's not possible to update any resource like
http://mysite.../manager/?a=resource/update&id=1

Firefox just stuck with an empty page. Edge results in HTTP 500 error.

Emptied caches - no result

Any ideas? Should I try to install 2.5.1 again?

Hello,

I tried to install 2.5.1 - same problem

Went back to 2.5.0 (my previous version before I updated to 2.5.2) - manager works again.

Any ideas?

Did you manually delete all files in the core/cache directory?

That problem is often caused by leftover content or cookies in your browser. If visiting the site in private or incognito mode solves the problem, that's the issue.

Thanks Valokammi for this hint - mea culpa. I did download TinyMCE update but did not install it.
With doing so - everything worked fine.
