some changes

Is it possible to change the inlog screen so that i can change background colours and "add" some things on my own without removing the modx copyright,

so basicly to change that page to my own design, so only changes in the design.

i hope this is allowed but i will not remove copyrights from modx only add some stuff of my own.

modx is GPL you can remove whatever you want AFAIK
if you still under default it’s in the css under manager/media/style/MODxLight/

Yeah, you can customise the login page as much as you want - like sinbad says, the file you’ll want to edit is: manager/media/style/MODxLight/login.html
