I’m also wondering which lines to take out in order to remove the 5 icons (security, web users, modules, resources, backup.) Removing the ’Setup Icons’ section results in parse errors.

When variable names are inside quotation marks, they’re just taken literally as part of the string.

Doing that change, I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’>’ in /home/mm/public_html/manager/actions/welcome.static.php on line 55

If you have the original code, try reverting back to it and, right after $msg = just add



With no quotes but with the dot (and a space on each side of the dot). Leave everything else as is.

If that doesn’t work, it probably means there’s a mistake in your chunk.

It also helps to do a "view source" when the page is up to see what’s really being rendered.
