Answered Upgrade Modx Extra error

Hi All,

Using Bob's excellent Upgrade Modx extra which I've used loads of times on this site but it's failing.

I'm notified in the manager that theres a upgrade available, click the upgrade button, select version 2.5.1 ( currently on 2.5 ) and click the upgrade, then I get the screen in the attached screenshot. I've deleted the core cache, nothing in the error log either in the manager or in the error files, CURL is enabled on the server.

Anyone had this before ?

I haven't seen that. I put that there so you weren't stranded if UGM couldn't finish. There's supposed to be an error message there as well, unless unzipping the downloaded file fails without returning a status message.

I would try setting the forcePclZip property to `1`.

I've learned that it's a problem with the directory path of the file at MODX. I've heard that it will be fixed (it may be already), so I wouldn't bother with changing the property.
