CssSwitcher does not display

Hello, I have a problem with CssSwitcher,

My folder for the styles is http://mysite.com/styles/

This is in my template :
```
<head>
	...[!cssSwitcher? &display=`0` &csspath=`http://mysite.com/styles/`!]...
</head>
<body>
        ...[!cssSwitcher? &display=`1` &csspath=`styles/`  &defaultcss=`default` &parsefolder=`1` !]

...
</body>
```
This is snippet.cssSwitcher.inc.php :

...define(’CS_CSSPATH’,’http://mysite.com/styles/’); ...

Nothing displays, but why ? Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Which version of cssSwitcher do you use ?

With version 0.5 for instance, &display=1 is not relevant. Thanks to read the cssSwitcher_readme.txt.
