Autosend email with document content when preset publish date arrives?

I’ve read the description on several snippet, but I can’t find out if they de what I want. Hopefully someone can guide me further.

I’m using the preset publish date and un-publish date for some documents. Is there a system that can send e-mails to mail adresses on the publish date. Automatically. The goal is to make shure some email receivers get an e-mail with the content in the document when the document pops up on the site on the preset publish date.

It’s all gonna be mangaged by the manager from the backend. Mabye some of the newsletter systems can do a thing like this, but I just couldn’t find that out from the descriptions.

Thanks.
