When I view the contents of a saved form, the "values" field is not displaying correctly. Each letter of the message is on a separate line. See attached image.
Any ideas what's going on?
That could actually be normal if the save is done using PHP's serialize(). The results of serialize() are not meant to be human-readable and often look quite weird when looking at the saved data. Are you having any problems with the process?
Bob
Not sure what you mean by the "problems with the process", but emails are being delivered if that's what you are referring to.
I just assumed that you must be using the saved form data for something and wondered if you were able to use it as you intended.
For, I just wanted to store them in the modx cmp. Any idea how to fix this?
Sorry, you've lost me. Which cmp? What snippet or plugin is saving the form data?
Bob
The emails are stored by FormIt using the FormItSaveForm Hook and are displayed by going to Extras-->FormIt in the Modx Manager Menu.
However, today when I looked at them they are all displayed correctly. Not sure what happened. I'll report back if the problem recurs.

Could be a json_decode issue because of signs in the post not matching to the source charset. Check the database/tables/fields charset. Are all set to UTF8?
