Try making yourself a sudo user. That will bypass any security permission issues.

Bob thank you for answering!
I'm already a sudo user as you can see in my screen shoot (attachement image1.jpg).
Any other suggestion ?

It shouldn't be necessary, but you could try removing all users from the group. You might also try removing any ACL entries that involve that group.

I deleted all users for this group and the user group have no more ACL entries, but nothing change i can't deleted that group.
I deleted cache permissions and cache manually, still the same i can't delete the group.
Did you think I need to update MODX himself ?

Are you seeing anything relevant in the MODX error log?
You might also repair the tables in the DB in PhpMyAdmin.
Try creating a new user group and see if you can delete it.

There is nothing in the MODX error log.
All tables are repaired.
And i can't deleted the user group.
So i created a new user group (test) and deleted it without any problem.
Then i tried to created another user group (test) with a parallel resource group and then i deleted it without problem too.
The only user group i can't deleted is the first one i was speaking (administrateur).
Very strange don't you think ?

Is it, by chance, the User Group with the ID of 1? That one can't be deleted.
