Simplecart flat shipping price per product

I'm trying to setup a flat rate shipping per product. I've thought of adding it as an option but that gets added to the products price when adding to the cart. Shipping needs to be added after the tax is added.
Everything I know I learned on the internet. Saved me thousands in College tuition,
