Hide tabs Permissions

I have to hide tabs Permissions in the modification of the resource.
In custom manager form I removed the check mark in Zone: modx-resource-access-permissions but I still view it.

Can you help me ?

If you are logged in as the initial administrator account or your account has the "sudo" permission marked, any permission settings are ignored and you can always access everything.
Please create a new user without sudo and give them different permissions.
