Thought I had the perfect solution for a client by integrating MODx with his Yahoo Store.

But - Yahoo needs a .php extension on pages for its store tags to work,

and, also does not allow an . htaccess file to be installed. Period.

Is there any way to have MODx create pages with a .php extension (normally a friendly url’s function) without an .htaccess file?

    Thanks --

    John

No, friendly URLs are available without .htaccess. It sounds to me (knowing nothing of Yahoo! Store technology) that is needs actual static .html or .php pages in order to integrate. If this is the case, the virtual pages served by MODx’s single index.php is probably not going to work, but I could be mistaken.
