I've got a couple of clients with over 1,000 resources. Having this function would be great. Is there anything out there that can do it?

The Uberbar top left in the manager could search for resources.
Jako, It will also show elements now, but I don't think it searches inside either resources or elements. I could be wrong.

The Uberbar does not search inside. It searches just for the pagetitle.
