When I went to download a package today, I received the error, "provider_err_nf," which I assumed meant no provider found, and I was unable to proceed. I clicked on the "Providers" tab and there were indeed no providers there. I looked in the modx_transport_providers table and found both providers are there, intact. As a test, I tried to manually add a provider but received the error "An error occurred while trying to save the Provider."
In the error log, I saw the following errors:
