Articles bug clear cache

I am using articles for long time, but i think they have bug, every time when i add new article, my entire cache is cleared?

Even if checkbox is unchecked, it saves and check box is checked again??

Anyone have experienced this behavior?
Or maybe added new plugin, tried BobRay CacheMaster but it does not works??
