Answered Output filter comparing a tv and a snippet

    Hello, I have this very simple snippet call from Gallery:
    [[!Gallery? &album=`[[*alias]]` &containerTpl=`nameFolderTpl`]]


    nameFolderTpl: 
    [[+album_name]]

    this is equal to: about-us

    and I have the default modx alias call:
    [[*alias]]

    this is equal to: about-us

    So, I need to compare the alias with the album name, is they are the same then do something:

    [[*alias:is=`[[!Gallery? &album=`[[*alias]]` &containerTpl=`nameFolderTpl`]]`:then=`YEAHH`:else=`UPS`]]

    but that is displaying all the time UPS sad
    that means that they are not equals, but I know they are, why this is happening?
    and how can I do that, in another way or what am I doing something wrong?

      you are comparing cached stuff with uncached stuff.
      Maybe this is your issue.

      Try:
      [[*alias:is=`[[Gallery? &album=`[[*alias]]` &containerTpl=`nameFolderTpl`]]`:then=`YEAHH`:else=`UPS`]]
