Sorry if this is out of scope of these forums.

I have a client with several PCs in their office. For some reason, they can no longer edit pages when using Chrome. The can login OK but when they click a resource to edit it just loads a blank page.

Of course I've cleared both caches on MODX and the browser and updated their versions of Chrome but to no avail. The weird thing is this isnt isolated to one computer, but three and MODX works fine in FireFox and IE.

They even updated to Windows 10 and are still experiencing the same issue.

The site works fine on my PC and Mac.

Any ideas what this could be?

    Many thanks

Could they possibly have a Chrome extension (like an Ad Blocker) that's breaking something? Maybe they could try disabling any weird extensions and try again?

Sometimes the issue is not the browser itself but the fact that the browser autofills the url with or without the "www". So if the browser automatically loads http://www.mysite.com/manager but it should be http://mysite.com/manager there can be an issue. Make sure you confirm the url they are having an issue with exactly matches one that works for you.

Make sure you have the code that forces www or non-www (but not both) uncommented in .htaccess.
