Answered TV Multi-Select issue

Hi, I have a multi-select TV with options as:

option1||option2||option3

But when I select 2 of these in the manager - when the TV data gets outputted in my front-end page, I see "option1||option2" and not "option1 option2" - e.g. the "||" is being rendered for some reason???

How can I ensure the "||" Delimiter in the TV input options is ignored???

I have binned them with jQuery - but would be nice to know how to bin them from MODx!

$(':contains("||")').each(function(){
$(this).html($(this).html().split("||").join(""));
});

This will remove all "||" elements from the page - if you want to be more specific add an element selector e.g. to remove the "||"s from the div with class "chicken":

$('.chicken:contains("||")').each(function(){
$(this).html($(this).html().split("||").join(""));
});

Apparently this is all to do with when you don't process the TVs in a GetResources call - to make sure the || is removed - when calling the TV - do it this way: [[*yourTV:replace=`||== `]] [ed. note: dubbs last edited this post 10 years, 3 months ago.]
