Answered Login/Register - Email as Username

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to use the Email address as a username for front-end users.
So using the Register Snippet (part of Login) I guess I want to change the name of 'username' to 'email' - which i can do in Lexicons, but then how can I pass that information to the Email field so that we can email users if they forget their password etc?

I found a few posts on here, but nothign quite fitted what i was asking

I think, you can use a hook-snippet.
