    Hi All,

    Trying to get a multilingual website off the ground but I can't get it to work. I followed this article: https://modx.today/posts/2015/05/using-xrouting-for-multilingual-websites-in-modx

    These are the steps I take, what am I missing?
    1. Installed modx 2.5.0-pl
    2. Created an extra context: eng
    3. Created context settings for eng (see screen1)
    4. Created context settings for the exciting context web (see screen2)
    5. Created a resource in the new context (see screen3)
    6. Installed Xrouting
    7. I visited my eng context, and get an 404.

    Could it be that It's because I run it on a subdomain and in a sub folder? I've tried the approach once before and did not get it to work either, so please if anyone can point me in the right direction.

    Best,
    Ilja

      Are you sure you have your server rewrites (.htaccess if using Apache) correct for the subdirectory? Usually in the case of a properly configured subdomain the RewriteBase should just be /

      Does the web context work correctly if accessing other pages besides the home page?

          @Sottwell

          Did get it working now, also Babel is working. Only problem now is that in the assets url changed to "/eng/" so the paths to my assets are mywebsite.com/eng/assets/.. but it needs to be just mywebsite.com/assets/... How do I fix that?
