Modx revolution transfer to one server to another

Hello Everyone,

I am transfer my Modx revolution files from Development Server to Production server. My all file working fine and in frontend my website display good. But If I open manager in Production server then

this error will generate. I also read all the google blogs for this topic but I am not understand what I do to resolve this issue.

Did you run setup after moving the files?

Actually I've copied the site over all zipped up, I copied it over unzipped. I've run the install process after copying over.
Then after this error will generate.

It looks like either that file (header.tpl) is missing, or there's a permission or ownership problem with it.
