management collections does not correctly display interface

In manager does not always display the interface and the children.



I tried uninstalling and deleting mysql tables collection... and delete cache and re-install , the problem is not solved.


I have this error in log:

Update:
The View Collections is empty,
create new not work (no error), and not import from json.
