I can't create any new users following a new manual installation of Revo 2.5.0 that completed apparently without any errors.
The process I'm following as per the instructions on the is:
Create a new user: Manage -> Users -> New User (Button)
Be sure you give the new user a unique username, password (specified by myself), and email address.
Before saving the user, click the tab marked Access Permissions and click the button marked Add User Group to User
User Group: Administrator
Role: Super User
Click on the Save button.
I see a small progress window pop-up very briefly that disappears instantly. No confirmation message is received stating the new user was created.
When I go back to Manage > Users the new user is not listed. I've checked the database and no entry is being created.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
