Filtering a nested MIGXdb

handlePositionSelector is checked. it is just a bit of a user experience issue, apparently, since once you click the position selector, it is no intuitive to then click the position you want it to insert to. The arrows make it seem that you need to click them to move incrementally up or down.

My only concern with creating two different configs is that both will point to the same table, and would that cause any issues with user A accessing the Catalog config through one CMP and user B accessing the same table at the same time through the Categories CMP.
