Answered Need to reinstall modx to see generated alias for some resources

    Hi,

    I don't know if it's an issue specific to getresource of if it concern modx but I have a strange "cache" problem.

    I have a getresource call to print a list of links to the retrieved resources.
    But "sometime", on the generated html code, I don't have the correct URL of the retrieved resources. Instead, I have nothing.

    The result is the same if I'm calling getresource cached or uncached

    If I do "Administration > Delete cache" or "Administration > Delete cache > Regenerate URL", the problem is still there.

    The only issue I have found is to reinstall modx (a little bit heavy as issue...)

    What's going wrong with my cache system ?

          Hummm in my modx log I have this :
          [2016-05-14 18:56:46] (ERROR @ /home/Hedy/web/domain.fr/public_html/core/model/modx/modcachemanager.class.php : 100) Resource URI abbaye/animations/rendez-vous-gourmands already exists for resource id = 82; skipping duplicate resource URI for resource id = 83
[2016-05-14 18:56:46] (ERROR @ /home/Hedy/web/domain.fr/public_html/core/model/modx/modcachemanager.class.php : 166) Could not cache context settings for web.

            OK after investigation, I just had to delete all /core/cache/* content and it's solved the issue.

              That fix may be temporary. It looks like you have two resources with the same alias: rendez-vous-gourmands. You should really fix that.

                After I have saw this error, I correct the double alias.
                But the problem occurs.

                After deleting cache directory, it fix it.

                I hope this fix will be definitive smiley
