SPForms Lexicon file: Can't locate various variables

For SPForm 3.2.2, I was able to find and modify the text for the following three variables in core/components/spform/lexicon/en/default.inc.php:

$_lang['your-name'] = 'Your Name;
$_lang['email-address'] = 'Email Address';
$_lang['subject'] = 'Subject';

But where do I find the defaults for [[+spf-comments]] and [[+spf-submit]] ?

They are not in the lexicon.

These might be missing from some language files other than English.

BTW, I you change these and your other strings in Lexicon Management (in the spform namespace), they will survive upgrades of both MODX and SPForm.

I found those and changed them to French:

$_lang['enter-comments'] = 'Commentaire/Questions';
$_lang['submit'] = 'Envoyer';

But they don't display on my form, which you can see here: https://c0149.paas1.fra.modxcloud.com/index.php?id=36

Still says Comment/Questions and Send.

Did you change them in Lexicon Management, or in the file?

Try clearing the site cache. If that doesn't work, try manually deleting all files in the core/cache directory.
