    On my homepage I have a language selector, english, russian, china when a user selects it then takes them to a page that sets a session variable so that wayfinder uses a different language. The only trouble is that you need to refresh the page before it changes the language, I put [!session &whatLang=`russian` !] in the <head>.

    Anyone know how I can make it so you don’t need to refresh?

    <?php
    session_unregister("whatLang");
    // this starts the session
    session_start();

    // this sets variables in the session
    $_SESSION[’whatLang’]=$langSession;
    ( isset($langSession) ) ? $langSession: $langSession= 1;

    // echo variable from the session, we set this on our other page

    echo ’Language is ’.$langSession;
    ?>
