Answered Missing thumbnails in browser

    I've created a new media source so that users don't have access to all the system images but can upload to their own folder when using TVs.

    If the TV is set to access filesystem, it all appears fine with thumbnails but when I change the source to Media which is the new media source I have created the thumbnails in the MODX browser are missing although the image appears on the live site.

    Is this a setting I have to change to allow the thumbnails to appear for this media source?

        Usually this is caused by a bad path/URL in defining the media source. These must have a trailing slash, assets/images/myimages/
