Currently I am using modx with modx cloud for database and doing other activities. So How can i use cron job in MODX cloud?

I need to shoot email at specific time and day - how can i do this from MODX CLOUD? Please help me.

I am new in Cron from modx cloud - can you give me steps how can i do this? I am using window OS and filezilla for FTP.
