Manager doesn't show Resource Page

Description of Problem:
Manager doesn't show in Resources tab Edit Resource page. It shows list of resources properly, but doesn't show any properties or actions. I can create resource by Fast Create - Document for example, but when I'm clicking on it - there is empty an page with url /manager/index.php?a=30&id=8 with no errors or warnings. Just blank page. (for any resource)
Other: Files and Elements are load ok.
I can call context menu on resources. Site works well, but I can't edit my resources.
Please, help me.

Steps to Reproduce:
It had happened after unsuccessful upgrading Gallery plugin (and some manual manipulations that lead me to this situation). After this I can't upgrade\remove\delete this plugin, but it is second problem

Expected Outcome: I really want to return resources pages to edit them

MODX Version: MODX Revolution 2.1.3-pl
PHP Version: 5.3.5
Database (MySQL, SQL Server, etc) Version: 5.0.91-log
Additional Server Info:
Installed MODX Add-ons:
Error Log Contents: nothing useful in it (attach as file if it’s too large)

I'm afraid that everything will crush after update, as it happened with gallery package.

That's quite an old version of Revolution you're running there ... I would seriously recommend upgrading to the latest version, there's been numerous bugfixes/changes/security updates since 2.1.3pl.
