RSS feed on Cloud

Has anyone done an RSS feed on Cloud? I'm using getResources to generate a feed exactly as described here: http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/getResources.Building+a+RSS+feed and getting a server 500 error when the link is clicked on.

Thanks Shaun, that's good to know. I thought the ellipsis output modifier had been changed to not eliminate closing tags, but I'm probably wrong.

FWIW, in your Cloud's log/ directory, there is an nginx_error.log file that you can use to assist in debugging. This will show the cause of 500 errors when they occur.

Never mind. It turned out to the this line causing the 500 error:

[[+introtext:default=`[[+content:ellipsis=`600`]]`:cdata]]

I think it is the ellipsis modifier. Changing it to just introtext worked. I think this would also work, but didn't test it:

[[+introtext:default=`[[+content:striptags:ellipsis=`600`]]`:cdata]]
