For example, a page could have only English text, and should not appear in the WayFinder Menu of all other languages.

I've tried creating additional templates and not marking them as multilingual in YAMS, but that doesn't seem to be work. The page content is blank, it seems to be loading the YAMS multilingual TVs regardless of the fact that it's monolingual.

I've solved the document content part: just detect the template ID and use standard MODX placeholders like [*content*] instead of the YAMS placeholders.
