* フレンドリーURLの接頭辞 → 空白
* フレンドリーURLの接尾辞 →「 .html」
* フレンドリエイリアス →「はい」
* エイリアスパスを使用 →「はい」
* 重複エイリアスを許可 →「はい」
* エイリアス自動生成 →「いいえ」

方法があるでしょうか？

例

http://example.com/folder/ccc.html

上記例のような構成ができればよいのですが
どなたかご教授いただけませんでしょうか
