• When the form is filled and submitted, I need it to store the information in the database in some way.
• At the same time it will generate an email notifiying the admin that a new email has been submitted.
• once logged in the admin would be able to see the new emails and respond to them though the system, sending an email to the original sender.
• This would keep everything organized and trackable. I believe that MySpace’s system works similar to this.

Does anyone have something like this working presently, is there a plugin is this even possible?
