• go to Manage Resources > Plugins > TinyMCE > Configuration
• insert the path to your stylesheet in the "Custom Parameters" box in the form
  content_css : "/assets/templates/stylesheet.css",
  (including the quotes and the comma at the end)
• select "Custom" from the Web Theme list (this will affect toolbar content and position if you had "simple" before)

The solution is below, but I have no idea how to implement it. Can someone please advise

In TinyMCE wiki I found solution!
Dont disable Clean Up in mceEditor configuration, becouse it will couse more problems.
You just need to add class="mceNoEditor" to hide certain blocks form editor. I’v tryed this and it seam to work well.
