I am not an expert in rewriting rules

I am very happy with modx and yams for multinational sites.

I tried to set up a sitemap.xml google format using the example in the new yams documentation.

I am stuck with one problem which is that my sitemap.xml page is fine but called sitemap.xml.html , I guess this is due to strict url rewrite.

Can somebody tell me how to setup the rule in my .htaccess file to prevent the addition of the html sufix to it?

I gess it may help other people. laugh

Thanks for the help and long live to the modx community

Phil
