Root-name mode with a customized YAMS behaviour:
- feedfabrik.de, feedfabrik.fr, ... go to the corresponding language versions at feedfabrik.com/de, etc...
- feedfabrik.com checks if you have a yams language cookie and uses that (as previous choice) with redirect,
if there is no cookie, it checks the browser preference and uses that with redirect
if there is no preference, it defaults to English (but stays at feedfabrik.com and not feedfabrik.com/en)
