This is just what I am looking for, however I get the following error when I enable it. I have followed the instructions (at least I think I did, several times)

fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_combine() in /html/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php(724) : eval()'d code on line 19

The configuration is as follows:

&old_templates=Old Templtate ID(s);string;3 &new_templates=New Templtate ID(s);string;7 &users=User ID(s);string;1
