I think web2manager is something else and good if you one day want one of your web users to be upgraded to a manager user!

Can you explain your method a little bit more in detail?
I have intalled the Web2Manager Plugin I have the accounts synchronized but whenever I log with a Manager account I still have to log myself with the web user account, how do you avoid that?

If your editors can use back-end see ManagerManager. For front-end see NewsManager/Editor which
also let you edit and delete docs.
