Can anyone shed some light on this?

Here’s my code from the template....
[+phx:if=`[*id*]`:is=`104`:then=`{{Comments}}`:else=``+]


and Comments as a chunk looks like this:

I’ve got "cacheable" unchecked on the page that displays the comments.
