You need to add a hidden checkbox with the same name to the form.

I’m a bit frustrated using Jot with validating a custom checkbox. Seems that Jot never validate an unechecked checkbox.

In the Jot snippet call is my customfield declared as "tos" within &customfields und &validate.
In my form template I included a checkbox (name="tos").

If a user will comment an article he has to accept the TOS.
Unfortunately Jot is not validating this checkbox. Every user can post comments without accepting the Terms of Service.

I thought this is not an unusual question but I found nothing about it.

Does anyone has an idea how to solve this problem?
