The xhtml links setting (Tools -> Configuration) can also mess them up.. the pagination link changes to &amp;start=5 - but manually trying &start=5 does work. Just disable the xhtml links and it’ll work again.

Okay I found the solution : you have to call Ditto cached yes but you can’t cache the page, that was it !
